The company was established in 1974 as a Center for the Implementation of Technical Progress in the Power Industry, as a state enterprise functioning within power engineering. Since 1999 ZIAD BIELSKO - BIAŁA is a joint stock company which all the shares are owned by the Bielsko-Biała Commune.

• Cable car transport to Szyndzielnia Mt.
• Operation and servicing of the "Dębowiec" Recreation and Ski Center 

Additional information: 

The Company is the organizer of the International Power Industry Fair ENERGETAB, which is the largest trade fair of modern appliances, apparatus and technologies for power industry in Poland.

For training purposes the Company owns appropriate laboratories and training grounds for live works on LV and MV.
