Personal data is processed by IGEOS for the purposes of:

1. organization of trainings;
2. organization of conferences, workshops;
3. implementation of the statutory objectives of IGEOS;

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

1. given permission;
2. the necessity of data processing to perform the contract for participation in the conference / training (art.6 par.1.b RODO);
3. legitimate interest pursued by IGEOS (art.6 par.1 f RODO)

The period during which data will be processed:

Personal data may be stored for a period of 10 years from the date of the contract regarding participation in a training / conference or in case of no contract within 10 years from the date of the end of the conference / training.

Data recipients

Personal data may be shared with:

1. entities providing IT services to IGEOS;
2. entities providing IGEOS with HR, accounting and legal services;

The rights of the data owner

1. you have the right to request from IGEOS as the administrator: an access to the provided personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing and transfer of data;
2. you have the right to object to the processing of provided personal data ;
3. you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the rights of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
4. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervising authority;
